Mystery boxes can include a variety of items, depending on the price tier. Please see the Price Tier image or scroll to the end of the product description for details. Mystery boxes are offered at a discount compared to retail prices. Items in mystery boxes may be B-grade (printing errors or other small imperfections), old stock, or out of season. Prices for mystery boxes include tracked shipping.*
Please contact me immediately after placing your order if you have any special requests. I am happy to accommodate broad requests (ex. "no earrings", "no 420 related products", etc.), but I will not fulfill requests for a specific item. Clip-on earrings are available upon request.
You will not receive duplicate items in the same mystery box. If you purchase multiple mystery boxes, there may be duplicates. If you would like a higher value mystery box from a tier (ex. $100 Mighty Matchai Mystery Box), please contact me so I can create a custom listing.
*If you are adding a mystery box to an order, you will still have to pay shipping for the other items in your order.
Price Tiers
Mini Matchai Mystery Box - $10
- May include stickers, magnets, temporary tattoos, and phone charms.
Medium Matchai Mystery Box - $25
- May include anything from the Mini Tier, plus sticker sheets, art prints, greeting cards, post cards, lino prints, keychains, and pins.
Mighty Matchai Mystery Box - $50
- May include anything from the Medium and Mini Tiers, plus any jewelry, small crystals, and mini totes.
Mega Matchai Mystery Box - $100
- May include anything from the Mighty, Medium, and Mini Tiers, plus t-shirts, crewnecks, crop tops, full-sized tote bags, and large crystals.

Shipping
Most items are shipped through USPS. Items that are shipped for free do not come with tracking information, while items that ship for a cost will include tracking which will be provided to you as early as possible. Once the package has reached the carrier, Matchai Designs is not responsible for damages, loss, theft, etc.
Some items are shipped directly to the customer from the manufacturer. Matchai Designs is not responsible for any part of shipping, damages, loss, theft, etc. However, in any case, we are generally able to communicate with our manufacturer. Do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns and we will do everything we can to get more information.
